Massages on the skin
In Traditional Chinese Medicine, massage is commonly called An Mo and is built around two major techniques: ‘An’ meaning to press and ‘Mo’ meaning to rub.
This technique can be used to do :

A relaxing massage — Pu Tong An Mo
Used for wellbeing and recovery. Due to its relaxing nature, it can be received on a very regular basis. Once a week, for example.

A massage using pushes ‘Tui’ and grabs ‘Na’ — Tui Na An Mo
More focused on recurring worries. This massage, which focuses more on physical ailments, is recommended every 21 days according to ancient texts.
These massages relieve stress, promote circulation and reconnect with the body’s rhythms. They help you feel less ‘stuck’ and live better.

Before each Chinese massage, in order to measure the body and use the appropriate hand techniques, the tongue must be examined and the pulse taken.
Pu Tong An Mo and Tui Na An Mo are performed on the skin.
Traditional Chinese Medicine massages are in no way sexual in nature. Any inappropriate behaviour will be reported to the police.
