Sound massage using Tibetan bowls
Also know as singing bowl massage
This is a Chinese technique classified as an energy practice.
This massage is powerful and original because it is done through the vibrations of the bowls and not by the hands of the practitioner. Sound massage provides deep relaxation and a real sense of letting go.
Sound massage is performed on fabric.
It is possible to combine a manual massage with a sound massage.
As sound massage involves the vibration of body tissue, it is forbidden to people who have :
- pins, plates, prostheses
- a pacemaker, stents, heart valves or a gastric band
- piercings
- had surgery involving internal screws
It is also forbidden :
- to women who are pregnant or using a copper coil as a means of contraception
- to anyone who has undergone surgery in the last 3 months
- to anyone who has had a fracture within the last 5 months
- people suffering from epilepsy, even if treated
Before each sound massage using Tibetan bowls, you will sign a declaration on your honour.
